As part of mental health awareness week CMPP are strongly encouraging businesses to consider enabling staff to take paid time off to volunteering in the local community. Why should I do this we hear you ask? Because it is good for your staff but it is great for your business! Corporate volunteering supports: staff wellbeing and mental health, team work, productivity and morale.
