He is a qualified accountant with an extensive career in accounting and audit and is experienced in managing finance, estates, ICT and information services within the public sector. Paul started working in the education sector in 2011 as a Vice Principal in an FE College in Surrey and was then a Deputy Principal in a sixth form college in mid Hampshire. Paul qualified as a chartered accountant with Hampshire County Council and managed a wide portfolio of internal audit contracts across the NHS and in Police, Fire and Probation services.
To relax, Paul enjoys listening to music, has been a long distance runner but is now looking to pursue a weekend cycling career!
Tracey Shrimpton - Deputy Chair
Tracey is co-director at marketing consultancy Sixth Sense Marketing, which she founded with her husband in 2014 following a corporate marketing career working for Hitachi, Hewlett Packard, Royal Mail and AQA.
Since becoming a parent, community, education and mental health have been important aspects of Tracey’s work and she has supported various voluntary groups from toddler group committees to running a local brownie unit and, more recently, using her marketing skills to promote various community and charity events.
Tracey’s skills will support the growth of CMPP as it brings socially responsible businesses together to make a difference in their community.
Tracey, like her co-director and husband Nick, is happiest when the sun shining, enjoys travel and is a proud parent to their two teenage children.
Nick Shrimpton - Trustee
Nick is co-director of marketing consultancy Sixth Sense Marketing, founded in 2014. After a 20+ year career helping law firms improve their client facing proposition, Nick decided to form his own business helping professional and business services organisations improve their marketing performance. His service enables smaller businesses to access corporate marketing experience on flexible terms. He enjoys the variety of working with different business owners, providing and feeding off the energy of people developing their businesses and wanting to use marketing and business development as a means to achieve this end.
Nick co-owns Hampshire marketing agency Sixth Sense Marketing with wife Tracey. They have two teenage children. The CMPP goal of encouraging aspiration among young people resonates strongly. He is at last a happy and fulfilled supporter of Liverpool FC and happiest in the sunshine!
Mark Bramah (MSc) - Trustee
Mark is a Fleet resident and formerly worked for the police force. He led the public protection unit, and has spent 30 years protecting vulnerable people. He is currently Director of Corporate Safeguarding UK. Mark is also a locum Chair of the Hampshire Child Protection Services as well as acting as the Safeguarding Case Officer for the Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth, performing internal HR investigations and offering training to priests and clergy. Mark is a father of two children and has just completed a Master’s degree in criminology.
Dominique Stillman - Trustee
Dominique has run her consultancy to provide Leadership and Neuroscience Coaching since 2015. CMPP appeals to Dominique in a couple of ways. Her own transition from young person to adult was with little support and direction, so the help CMPP provides has a huge impact. From her business and corporate roles, she has seen how difficult and time consuming it is to organise and deliver Corporate Social Responsibility. The service that CMPP offers to companies cannot be underestimated.
Dominique’s experiences include early business ownership, running departments and teams within large corporations, working with international companies and global roles. There are very few times in life when people don’t need others, however, that doesn’t mean that working with others is easy! Her decades of coaching leaders led to her adding to her qualifications in Neuroscience, especially to apply it so that cool heads are maintained even under high pressure.
Dominique enjoys socialising, playing golf, open water swimming, and some running. She loves TV and films. She nearly always has a holiday or mini break booked…new experiences are what she lives for, and a good laugh.
