Tracy Jarvis, Founder and Chief Executive 

Tracy is the creative founder and CEO. Facing redundancy back in 2010, Tracy took the decision to set up CMPP supporting businesses to engage effectively with their communities. Ten years later, the concept has gone from strength to strength with over 50 companies now partnering with CMPP in Surrey and Hampshire. In 2019, CMPP took the decision to become a registered incorporated charity with Tracy leading the organisation through this fundamental change. 

Paul Marcus, Chief Operating Officer

Paul is the former CEO of Eagle Radio, a well known and respected advocate of the "kindness economy". Paul is an expert in helping companies to understand the value in supporting the community. He is the senior CMPP executive tasked with day to day functions of running the Charity alongside working with the Trustee Board to ensure top level compliance. 

Emma Russ, Fundraising and Event Manager  

Emma is tasked with generating the revenue needed to keep the work of the charity going and developing. Emma works on ideas for fundraising event which includes the CMPP Flagship Twilight Runway Challenge. A large scale event that raises thousands for local charities. Emma has worked for companies and charities and is a great champion of getting businesses actively supporting their local communities.

Anthea Rastall, Corporate Volunteering Coordinator

Anthea is part of the CMPP Community Action Team, building relationships with charities, community groups, not for profits, schools and colleges to understand how businesses can support their needs. Anthea helps build fantastic projects for businesses and community to come together, leaving a legacy and marked difference on people and the environment. 

Rachel Austen, Corporate Volunteering Coordinator 

Rachel works alongside Anthea as the other half of the Community Action Team.  In addition to the creation of bespoke projects, Rachel is also responsible for the delivery of the Speakers for Schools programme which provides opportunities for representatives from business to inspire the next generation of school and college leavers. 

Rachel Parry, Administrative Assistant 

Rachel Parry in the admin engine behind the team. Rachel is the first point of contact with CMPP and will help guide any enquiries. Rachel arranges team and partner meetings and supports the submission of the Annual Report to the Charity Commission. 

Hazel Maunders, Accounts Clerk 

Hazel Maunders

Hazel manages the day to day accounts of CMPP, looking after the billing and accounting duties of the Charity.
